The staff are friendly and accommodating, providing excellent service. The breakfast buffet is opulent and offers a wide selection of dishes. the hotel provides a comfortable and enjoyable experience.
The waiters and waitresses could be more attentive, as their focus sometimes seems to be more on their smartphones than on providing service to the guests.

I recently had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Kyiv. The location is great, just a short walk from a metro station, making it easy to explore the city. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped, with some even having a kitchenette. I loved waking up to the panoramic views of the city from the top floor where breakfast is served. Speaking of breakfast, the selection was delicious and the view made it even better.

The location was extremely convenient, as it was very close to a metro station and relatively close to the city center. The easy access from the metro and public transport from the airport made my journey hassle-free. Additionally, there was a lovely public market nearby, perfect for a relaxing stroll, and I found a few great restaurants in the vicinity. The large and comfortable room exceeded my expectations, especially with the added bonus of a small kitchen equipped with a microwave, fridge, and water kettle. The internet connection was excellent, and I appreciated the presence of armchairs, a table, and two chairs in the room. The windows were huge, allowing for ample natural light and a pleasant view. The breakfast, although I didn't personally try it, was said to be delicious by other guests. Moreover, the hotel was very quiet, ensuring a peaceful and comfortable stay. this hotel provided a very comfortable and convenient experience.

The room was spacious, clean and well-equipped with generous bath products. The location was convenient, with a nearby metro station and a pleasant walk to the city center. The hotel was extremely quiet and I felt well taken care of by the reception and chambermaids. The highlight was the nice restaurant on the top floor with an open terrace, offering great views. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
